This choice makes our furniture more environmentally friendly and non-toxic during use. Improved urea-formaldehyde glue not only excels in environmental aspects but also demonstrates outstanding adhesive strength and durability. It firmly bonds different components together, ensuring that the furniture is less prone to delamination or cracking during extended use, providing your customers with sturdy and durable furniture.

The pergola roof features a unique triangular design, renowned for its stability among geometric shapes. We employ four triangular supports to bolster the roof, ingeniously dispersing external pressures and loads. When forces like wind or other external influences act upon the pergola roof, the triangular structure effectively distributes these forces across various support points, reducing the burden on individual supports and diminishing the risk of structural deformation or damage. Additionally, the steep slope of the triangular roof aids in swift drainage and snow removal, preventing accumulation and ensuring a dry pergola.

• Grid Design:

The top of the pavilion is triangular in design to enclose the roof. Six wooden brackets are used as the base of the roof, and four triangular brackets are crossed to strengthen the hard roof structure to resist outdoor strong wind and rain and to securely cover the top of the pavilion.

• High-quality paulownia:

Using solid wood paulownia as raw material, lightweight and easy to transport, high strength-to-weight ratio and high durability characteristics, and can be safely built for outdoor use.

• Safety Holder:

The safety holder is attached to the bottom of the four brackets so that the pergola will not shake easily and is stable against all kinds of outdoor weather.

• Solid connection design:

The upper and lower brackets are connected with additional hardware kits, firmly and safely combining each intersection to enhance the structural stability of the pergola.
