Outdoor furniture production is divided into Semi-Custom & OEM
Semi-Custom
- The minimum demand for customized products is 300 sets.
- Modification of the structure of the furniture frame can be adjusted for different angles, cutting dimensions, or curved arcs, and the production will be considered according to the length, width, height, and raw material thickness of the existing mold.
- The customer's brand logo, relevant text, or pattern can be branded on the existing furniture or product packaging, and an additional fee will be charged for creating templates. The actual cost will be adjusted according to the complexity of customer needs.
- Colors can be changed for fabrics such as furniture frames or hammocks. WOODEVER provides basic color options. If customers have special color requirements, they can provide Pantone color numbers or color cards.
- Among the product fabrics, the minimum demand for custom-made Teslin fabrics is 1,000 sets.
OEM

- The raw materials must be made in the basic conventional.
- Customers need to provide 2D floor plans for design discussion. If you do not use drawing software, you can also provide hand-drawn sketches or related product-style pictures. The content should include the approximate size of the product.

- Customers need to place an order for more than 10,000 sets of customized products a year, and the customer can recover the mold cost.

Step 4. Product Sampling

Step 5. Product Mold Details Validation
After the sample meets the customer's expectations, WOODEVER ensures the furniture achieves its desired form by meticulously confirming all relevant details. This includes considerations such as weight capacity, frame thickness, packaging requirements, color options, and engraving patterns.
Step 6. Placing Official Order
Upon reaching a consensus and confirming all the preceding steps with the customer, we initiate mold production promptly. Throughout the manufacturing process, our dedicated quality control personnel closely monitor the product at each stage. You can inquire about the current progress and ask any related questions. The average delivery time for outdoor furniture is 50 to 65 days, which may be adjusted based on customization requirements and order volume.
Step 7. Finished Product Shipping
Once the furniture is properly packaged, it is transported via full container shipping. Specific shipment methods and details are adjusted as needed, depending on the circumstances.
