Before the final shipment of outdoor furniture, it will go through the quality control inspection again to confirm that the product is correct before shipping with peace of mind. The furniture wooden stand will first be packaged on the outer layer with industrial PE film, which is of high toughness and puncture resistance and then packed into a thick cardboard box, the inner layer is filled with filler to perfectly protect the product and avoid damage during transportation.
Order Processing
Step 1. Product Consultation
The business will first confirm all product information with customers, including furniture materials, manufacturing details and whether there is customized adjustment, etc., and provide professional advice that best meets the needs through communication and discussion.
Step 2. Order Confirmation
After receiving the order, we will review the product size specification, quotation, delivery period and customization range with the customer again, and provide sample delivery service. After confirming all details and reaching a consensus with the customer, a formal quotation will be provided and immediately arrange product raw material procurement and production.
Step 3. Material Procurement / Inspection
WOODEVER strictly selects solid wood as furniture material and felled the FSC certified cultivated forest, which is environmentally friendly and promotes sustainable management. All raw materials entering the factory will be inspected before production to ensure the manufacturing quality of each step, and whether the production operation will be carried out if it meets the qualified standards.
Step 4. Production Arrange
The factory has complete production equipment and standard manufacturing moving lines, and it controls the processing and precise details of the bending curve of each wooden bracket. Professionals are on site to pay attention to the product status at any time and strictly control the quality and stability.
Step 5. Quality Inspection
The final product will undergo a quality control inspection to ensure that the product is flawless, the load test is correct, and the outer layer of the wooden stand is coated with transparent wood guard paint, etc., to ensure the quality of shipments and reduce the chance of customer complaints.
Step 6. Packing and Shipping Inspection
The outer layer of all furniture wood strips will be packaged with transparent industrial PE film, which has good elastic elasticity, good tear resistance and puncture resistance, more stable product and anti-moisture reduce dust adhesion, put the coated wood strips in the carton, the multi-layer corrugated cardboard structure is matched with fillers to fill the gaps, which really protects the products from collision damage.WOODEVER packaging is packed in the smallest volume to reduce waste of green environment resources and increase container storage capacity, strict inspection procedures are implemented in the packaging process to confirm that the product order is correct and waiting for delivery.
Step 7. Product Delivery
The average delivery time of outdoor furniture is 50-65 days, which can be increased or decreased according to the order quantity and customized content, and the whole container is transported by sea, the detailed delivery method and details can be adjusted according to the situation.
