Production

Metal Furniture Salt Spray Test
WOODEVER's metal furniture undergoes salt spray testing to assess its corrosion resistance and ensure that it maintains excellent quality and durability in various environmental conditions.
First, we use a salt spray testing apparatus, which is a sealed testing chamber equipped with temperature control and a spray system. The metal furniture samples are placed inside the testing chamber to ensure that each sample's surface is exposed to the salt spray environment. By injecting the saturated saltwater solution into the spray system and atomizing it using compressed air or other methods, the saltwater mist is evenly sprayed onto the surface of the metal furniture.
We will configure the salt spray test parameters, including test duration, temperature, and relative humidity, following relevant standards or specific customer requirements. Typically, the test duration ranges from 24 hours to 48 hours or longer, depending on the specific testing needs of the product.
